After lunch, return to your hotel to recharge. In the late afternoon, saddle up for a sunset ride that weaves through traditional farmlands, quiet villages, and into the golden dunes of the desert. If nature allows, you may even spot, or swim alongside, wild dolphins in their natural habitat.
